Since2014about "skill power dream" and "rev dream","dream","read a dream" series has drawn people club departmentof mechanic education development of the road ahead is widelydiscussed. Depth study of rapid developmentand industrial restructuring of Guangdong’s economy upgradeskills training model of innovation proposed requirements,identify new educational model highlights and shortcomings, combined with the characteristics of modern mechanics education,measures proposed to create a new model of modern mechanics ofteaching.Paper consists of four chapters: the first chapter ofintroduction, a brief background, purpose and significance,review and research abroad, methods and innovation research.The second chapter describes the research methods with analysisof the current teaching model of modern mechanics, mechanics ofhigh-end features of the Guangdong Modern Education. The thirdchapter of literature, a telephone survey questionnaires, casestudies, exploratory research, descriptive research methodanalyzes the main problems of modern mechanics teaching newmodel highlights and presence. Chapter IV presents moderncraftsmen to create a new model of education initiatives.After a mechanic institutions in Guangdong Province surveyfound that there is in the current vocational colleges teachingmanagement in the following highlights: The highly skilledpersonnel training oriented. On the basis of analysis of theproblem, this paper presents a clear modern craft educationpersonnel training objectives, the idea to locate and seize thehigh-end education, the commanding heights of the modern crafteducation paid employment. Carry out effective teaching and"school-enterprise dual system" training model train highskilled personnel.This study seeks to combine theory and practice, in orderto effectively help the mechanic institutions to enhance theeffectiveness of educating people, providing a theoreticalbasis can learn skills to promote high-end talent cultivationmechanic colleges.
