University—school collaboration is based on a shared vision,on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, and through thejoint efforts to achieve win-win interests’ activity.University—school collaboration can improve of teaching qualityin schools and teachers’ professional development. On the one hand,it is beneficial to the university teacher combine theory withpractice and strengthen the pertinence of scientific research; Onthe other hand, for the school teachers, it will enrich theirpractical knowledge, obtain theory’s promotion and improve theirteaching.However, the survey of present situation find manyproblem in university—school collaboration, such as:collaborative form is more than the content、the disconnectionbetween cognition and affection in collaborative attitude、collaborative system is imperfect and so on.It makes thecollaboration in a predicament; it results in poor quality ofcollaboration.This study take the university—school collaboration inGuiyang as the research object, by adopting research methods suchas literature methodology, methodology of observation、methodologyof interview and methodology of object analysis. First, summarizethe theory of collaboration, then analyzing the present situationof collaboration, to explore the problems and predicament existingin the collaboration, try to put forward the strategies of promoteuniversity—school collaboration standard.The thesis consists of five parts as the following:Part one:Introduction. To clarify the origin of this study,to define the core concept, and elaborate exposition and analyzed the domestic and foreign present situation, to obtain the purposeand the values of the research, and put forward the ideas and methodsof this study.Part two: Theoretical exploration. It summarizes thedevelopment process of university—school collaboration, then thispaper elaborate fundamental idea of university—schoolcollaboration. It makes teachers understand collaboration is a wayto promote the development of school, it is a bridge of educationtheory and education practice, it is the motivation of innovatesin teachers’ education model, and it also a way of enhancesteachers’ teaching ability of development. Finally, it expoundstheoretical foundation of collaboration: dialogue theory、actionresearch theory、reflective theory.Part three: The survey of present situation. This section usemethodology of interview and methodology of interview toinvestigate present situation, summed up there are severalimportant problems in the process of university—schoolcollaboration: collaborative form is more than the content、thedisconnection between cognition and affection in collaborativeattitude、collaborative motivation is not enough、collaborationfrequency is low、collaborative time is limitation. Collaborativesystem is imperfect and so on.Part four: Predicament analysis. This section from theorganizational level、manpowered level、institutional level toreflect the realistic predicament of university—schoolcollaboration, and analyze the reason for predicament inuniversity—school collaboration.Part five: Promotion strategy. Combine the present situationand the predicaments of the university—school collaboration in Guiyang, to explore the level of university—school collaborationpromotional strategy.
