| Career maturity is known the extent of the conditions needed for people to make a careerdecision and choice of reality and the degree of consistency. In recent years, the differentiationof social structure, the adjustment of the distribution of interests, the social rhythm speeding up,the impact of various thoughts, students groups in the aspect of career choice, career cognitiveand career values understanding needs to be improved, so in higher vocational colleges, it isimperative to improve the students’ career maturity. Studies show that group psychologicalcounseling can improve the students’ career maturity, but the empirical study of grouppsychological counseling about the higher vocational colleges students’ career maturity is less.The research object in this study is a junior student of higher vocational colleges inChangchun city of Jilin province, the study on group psychological guidance of students’ careermaturity. The results of the study are as follows:(1) Through the group psychological counseling, the experimental group of students on theattitude of career choice, initiative, self-confidence, and the utility, the difference of stability issignificantly higher than the control group, shows the group psychological counseling on thestudents to improve on the attitude of career choice.(2) The ability of experimental groupstudents about the career choice and career world knowledge and professional self knowledgedifferences on students is significantly higher than the control group, group psychologicalcounseling can improve the students’ ability of career choice.(3) From the overall look, grouppsychological counseling on the students’ career maturity have a promote role.On this basis, this study is to grope for the group psychological counseling scheme aboutsuitable and can improve students’ career maturity, for improve students’ career maturityintervention model promotion and application of the effective solutions are put forward in thefuture. |
