Study On Information Technology Teachers’ Professional Development Of Junior High School

County is the basic composition unit of China’s economic and socialdevelopment.The educational level of country directly affects the development andprosperity of local society and economic, and people’s life.Focusing on the countyteacher development is the most important basic work of our country educationalreform.With the advancing of education informatization and the widespread of a newround of curriculum reform, the role of IT education is more and more highlighted, ITteachers as a member of the IT education workers, their professional developmentlevel directly affects the students’ information literacy.So, it’s significant to payattention to information technology teachers’ professional development.In the paper,the author uses the literature method, questionnaire survey methodand interview method, and uses “junior high school IT teachers” and “professionaldevelopment of teachers” as the clue to start the study. First of all, the authorexpounds the related theory and professional development of the teachers and thespecific contents of the information technology teachers’ professional developmentunder the new curriculum idea on the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreignliterature. Second, with ShuoZhou A county junior high school informationtechnology teachers as the research object, in doter to investigate the present situationof junior high school information technology teachers’ professional development,analyzing factors affecting their professional development. Finally, according to theresult of analysis, promote an effective strategies of junior high school informationtechnology teachers’ professional development,for educatianal management andworkers to provide some references.
