With the development of education informatization and new curriculum reform, teachers’ work has new content and requirements. Teachers must enhance and improve themselves through various ways. While teaching reflection is one of the most efficient ways to improve themselves. By teaching reflection, teachers can fully examine the merits and demerits of teaching, continue to discover and solve problems in order to effectively improve the level of personal service. But the individual teacher’s reflection belonging to individual activities, easily affected by various objective factors, thus ignored or abandoned, so it is necessary to take some measures to improve the enthusiasm of teaching reflection. On the basis of the "national training plan" of Gansu Province in2012junior middle school comprehensive practice activity class distance training, with the content analysis method、 questionnaire method、interview method, teaching reflection practice and the digital story works presented by teachers were studied, put forward to strategies to promote teaching reflection with digital stories, in order to reduce the blindness, invalidity.In this paper it consists six parts:Chapter I,A brief description of the research background, research questions, research purpose,key concepts and significance.Chapter II,On the basis of literature research, reviews the related theory, analyses the present situation of Chinese teaching reflection and the digital story, the story come to the necessity of teaching reflection using digital stories.Chapter III, Three aspects of the dimensions of content analysis and implementation plan, situation presented by content analysis, valuation of digital stories from teachers and experts, the paper analyzes the present situation of teachers using digital stories for reflection.Chapter IV,From the problems existing in the content analysis、in the questionnaire、in the interview, the paper analyzes the problems of teachers using digital stories for reflection.Chapter V,T he present research on status of teaching reflection with digital story and existing problems, put forward to strategies to promote the teachers’ reflection with digital story. Chapter VI,B ased on the research in front, sums up the conclusions of this study. At the same time, reflects the research process and problems in the study.
