Every teacher comes to the classroom with some kind of “pre-view” into his/herclassroom due to their different cultural background, family environment and differentlevels of acquiring knowledge. We want to emphasize that the “pre-view” is experienceespecially teaching experience. So we can safely conclude that teaching experience isthe key factor for us to understand teachers’ professional development. However,teachers may meet with some problems during the process of improving themselvesteaching experience such as difficult to integrate all kinds of teaching experience,difficult to turn the good teaching experience into action. The reason is that there is theproblem of the generation of teachers’ teaching experience. The paper tries to answerthese questions:Then what is the teachers’teaching experience; How does the teachers’teaching experience generate; What strategy does the teachers’ teaching experiencegenerate.To get relevant data and information of generating mechanism about teacher’steaching experience, the author collected the information by documentary method, casestudy method and questionnaire method. The paper shows the connation of teachers’teaching experience, features and the form of performance and forms the theory analysisframework, namely, the internalization mechanism, the externalized mechanism, thesharing mechanism. The author develops the questionnaire and interview outline of thisstudy. The author traced investigation of a member of training student for two months inNorthwest Normal University. We explore the way of teachers’ teaching experiencefrom the perspective of “points” through deep interview. What’s more, we explore thegeneration and influence factors of teachers’ teaching experience from the perspectiveof “face” by the method of questionnaire. We explore practical teaching experiencewhich may generate possible mechanism and influence factors from the aspect by doingresearch and interpreting theory. The study found that influence factors of generatingmechanism about teacher’s teaching experience, including micro-self personalexperience, medium significant others and macroscopic school culture. Finally, the authorwants to give some suggestions for teachers from the perspective of the generation and influence factors of teachers’ teaching experience.
