In recent years, Chinese universities continue enrollment, coupledwith the demand for community college students did not because of theincreased supply increases, resulting in the employment rate of collegegraduates declined year by year, while low-income families as a collegefemale students in vulnerable groups, particularly the employmentsituation grim. Therefore, this paper Expansion of Higher Education inGansu Province and the labor market convergence of research-based,low-income families in Gansu Province female students for university study,and this19colleges and universities have some representation. A rangeof low-income families among female college students in the job searchprocess, presents an in-depth study and elegant, not only of greattheoretical significance, and also has a very important practicalsignificance.The survey questionnaire is mainly taken and data analysis as theprimary method of analysis by data analysis, investigation of theirsurvival status, professional and vocational orientation, job search andjob search process results reveal that female students in low-incomefamilies vulnerable groups survival and employment status quo. Expect therelevant departments of the attention, and trying to fit them and findout solutions to help them better employment, development, socialdevelopment has brought fresh vitality.By studying the results, the problem of employment in low-incomefamilies currently facing female students, while they do have a lot ofshortcomings, but they also have their own advantages and positive lookat this issue, to find ways to solve their employment dilemma is now apriority. Relevant departments of the attention is still some lack of careerguidance and employment sector university departments need to be improved, while the group itself does have a lot of inadequacies also need to improvetheir overall quality and other aspects. Based on the above three pointscombined results of data analysis, trying to find ways to solve the problemof employment for low-income families of female college students. Specificsolutions can be divided into three parts: State support for the promotionof employment of female graduates in low-income families, low-incomefamilies to support the promotion of female college students’ employmentand the good itself measures.
