Research Of National Universities Emergency Management System

National Higher Education as an important component of higher education in China,which have made outstanding contributions in minority personnel training, protection ofnational cultural, and promoting economic development in minority areas. Nationaluniversities bring together the young students which from different ethnic and differentminority areas. Students hold different religious beliefs, customs, ways of thinking, and thedifferent historical background learning together in the same campus. It is very importantto maintain harmony and stability of the campus.This thesis is aimed to the present fifteen nationality universities emergencies as theobjects of study, to the special of students constitute as staring point, research incentivesand features of national universities emergencies, summarizes the current situation andproblems of national university emergencies management. Finally, trying to build upemergency management system with emergency beforehand, matter and afterwards as themain line.First chapter is the introduction part of this thesis research purpose, significance，research methods, and reviewed the paper related literature, finally proposed the paperinnovation points and deficiencies. The specific definition of national universities,emergency, national universities emergency and national university emergencymanagement and the theories of emergency management was presented in the secondchapter. The third chapter discussed the status and problems of national universitiesemergency management, and analyzed the cause of national universities emergencies fromthe objective and subjective aspects.The fourth chapter researched the establishment ofnational universities emergency system，and design the scheme of emergencies whichinvolved national factors. At the last, proposed the skills of national universities using thenetwork techniques to deal with the emergency.
