Study On The Jiangsu Province Ordinary University PE Teachers’ Job Burnout

Using the Literature, Questionnaire and Mathematical Statistics to investigate andanalysis the job burnout of the Jiangsu province ordinary university PE teachers, and toexplore the factors of affect the job burnout. Through the investigation and analysis, thefollowing main conclusions:First, whole Jiangsu province ordinary university PE teachers in Emotional Exhaustiondimension on serious job burnout, Cynicism dimensions of burnout is lighter, have moresevere low achievement job burnout.Second, different gender of Jiangsu province ordinary university PE teachers’ job burnouthas differences in three dimensions, and high degree of men teachers than women teachers’burnout; Teachers in vocational burnout in different areas of the three dimensions havesignificant difference; Different types of school teachers significant differences in thedimension of Emotional Exhaustion and Cynicism; Teachers of different ages on thedimension of Emotional Exhaustion and Low achievement differences; Various school agesection the teacher there is no statistical difference; Different income levels of teachers in theLow achievement dimensions exist no significant difference; Different degree of teachers inthe dimension of Emotional Exhaustion and Cynicism exist no significant difference; Differenttitles of teachers in three dimensions is more significant differences, is more significantdifference in Low achievement dimensions.Thirdly, the factors to influent Jiangsu province ordinary university PE teachers’ jobburnout include: social factors, organizational factors, personal factors and the externalenvironment. And, social factors, organizational factors, personal factors and the externalenvironment factors have a significant influence on Emotional Exhaustion; Social factors,organization factors and personal factors on the Cynicism and Low achievement dimensionshave significant influence.
