The2011edition of "Chinese curriculum standards of compulsory education" to cultivate the students’ language application ability put forward clear requirements. Because of the many Chinese teachers teaching practice inthe use of the deviation of understanding of language, in the interpretation of the "Chinese course standard" and "pep teaching book" found in the second segment of the fairy tale setting teaching goals. There are three mainproblems: lack of general Lang Dumu standard, process and methods suitablefor fairy tales characteristics of the target; the goal of moral educationis emphasized, surveys show that students of the fairy tale reveals the "profound truth" the deepest impression; personality goals are neglected, thefairy tale imagination, control, repeated the personality characteristics were not corresponding to the degree of attention. Analysis of the teachingdesign, in the teaching process also shows a deviation from the text content, ignoring the context of fairy tales, ignoring the context works corresponding cultural context phenomenon. Stylistic features of psychological characteristics of second students and on the basis of fairy tales, based on the pragmatic teaching and students living together, based on the understanding and application of phase synchronization, practical principles based onthe pragmatic teaching, basic strategy on the development of students’ pragmatic competence. From the root text draw energy point of view,"a corner of the sky--And imagine","one side of water and soil--Characteristics of speech","love one meter sunshine--individuality experience" strategy,from the creation of context to activate a pragmatic point of view put forward "through the spirit of the game--context of children","flowing waterfountainhead--extension context of life","the blood nourishing--focuson cultural context" strategy, from the fusion of science method to achieve the internalization of "by means of comparative wonderful ’as’","LenovoGroup block skillfully woven’ network ’","with reading promoting internalization" strategy. And the teachers, students and teaching materials and puts forward some suggestions, in order to strengthen the implementation of the new curriculum idea, promote the student’s Chinese accomplishment.
