"students’evaluation of teaching" is an important way of evaluating the teaching of the high school classroom,is also an important part of the promotion of education and teaching development and the development of teachers, students. With a gradual increase in the attention of the quality of classroom teaching,"students’evaluation of teaching" also began to play an irreplaceable role in the basic education. But it is not mature enough that studying in the evaluation by Students in primary and high schools regardless of the evaluation concept, evaluation forms, or all aspects of evaluation in that we need to do the further improvement and development.The author analyzed and comded carefully the domestic and foreign research about "students’evaluation of teaching" with literature analytical method,and the author suggest tthe objective of this study, that carrying out the practice of high school biology classroom teaching evaluation activities with the background that is the new curriculum standards for biology of high school. Combined with other results of the study, the author analyzed problems in the "students’evaluation of teaching"from all aspects of teaching evaluation, such as:the deviation of the role of "students’evaluation of teaching"; researcher still controversy on the implementation of the feasibility and necessity of "students’evaluation of teaching"; the subject of the students’evaluation of teaching activities is missing; indicators of evaluation are too vague; the process of evaluation is lack of guidance;results of evaluation is not handled properly. On this basis, the author carried out the students’evaluation of teaching activities.The author set the basic dimensions of the evaluation questionnaire tentatively combination of biological and new curriculum standards requirements,that based on the analysis of relevant educational theory. According to opinions of teachers who teach biology in the high school or teach biological teaching,the author modified the questionnaire repeatedly, and finalized the evaluation questionnaire consisting of27multiple choice questions and five open questions. Firstly,in order to improve the Science and rationality of evaluation results,I analyzed the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Secondly, combining the personal interviews of the teacher, I made descriptive statistics and analysis about evaluation results by the SPSS17.0software. The author analyzed the classroom teaching evaluation that was from students, and reveal the problems in the classroom teaching, and suggest improvements.In order to verify student factors that were affect "students’evaluation of teaching",I made the correlation analysis between students’gender, academic performance and evaluation results.lastly,I summarized and induced teaching Suggestions and learning confusions that students put forword.Based on above studies,the author found that "students’evaluation of teaching" is not only an important means of diagnosis and analysis of the quality of teaching,it is also an ideal platform for teachers and students to communicate and exchange;There were many factors that affect the evaluation activities,such as students’factors, so that the result of teaching is not equivalent to the quality of classroom teaching; if want to improve the effectiveness of students’evaluation,we should provide students with publicity and guidance before evaluating, we can combined the "students’evaluation of teaching"with other way,we also can feedback and diagnostic teaching and learning activities in real time through various forms. The innovation of this study is to advocate the evaluation teaching from the perspective of the students, we should focus on students’ feelings and experience; to encourage teachers to carry out teaching evaluation activities independently, and to analysis or use the evaluation results fully reasonablly, finally to improve the quality of teaching and promote the common development of teachers, students.
