Why did he frequently change his jobs? What will we find from the aspect of Career values? With these two questions, I began this research.Based on deep interview data with the cooperator Mumian and his four close friends, the author described a story of self-realization process, recognized the key events, and found seven main career values and the dynamic interaction of each vocational values, including achievability, altruism, autonomy, promotion, payment, leader and health. The conclusion is as below:(?) Career values play very important roles in career development, especially in career choice.(?) Service/Dedication-oriented career anchor is the Core Value of Mumian.(?) Career development is a process of implementation career values.(?) The construction of Career values is the result of interation of individual active exploring, family influence and study and workplace factors.
