The new curriculum beyond the limitations of materials as thecurriculum reform mark, beyond the simple with time as the stage division on the basisof it, the curriculum reform is a continuous system engineering, through this newcurriculum, build a kind of cooperation, dialogue and inquiry of curriculum culture, putforward the new requirements of the new curriculum reform education and scientificresearch quality of teachers.Facing the new course reform, teachers must fully with the research consciousness,the teacher should change the idea, to improve the understanding of education andscientific research, to promote the new curriculum implementation and actively respondto the education scientific research ability; the face of the new curriculum, teachersshould try to improve the scientific research ability, improve the ability of scientificresearch is the route one must take the teacher by "the teacher" to "educator"; in the faceof the new course reform, teachers must possess the necessary accomplishment ofeducation theory and education research basic knowledge, whether to have theeducation quality, also affect the teachers to become researchers.Only to improve teachers’ scientific research quality, make it smooth and effectiveeducation and scientific research, to better promote the development of professionalquality of teachers in primary and secondary schools, and promoting their professionaldegree unceasing enhancement. In any sense, teachers are the key to the success of newcurriculum reform; teachers can truly become the education scientific research qualitiesto researchers, teachers, is the core factor affects the process of new curriculum reform.Research methods adopted in this research mainly by questionnaire, combined withthe conversation method, literature analysis method and so on, primary school teachers in Dongguan city as a case, the current understanding of primary school teachers tocarry out the basic situation of education and scientific research, analysis of theiradvantages and limitations in the objective, scientific education, find the existingproblems.This study attempts to put forward strategies and measures to enhance the ability ofEducation Research of primary school teachers suggested on the basis of theinvestigation, in order to try to improve the consciousness and ability of primary schoolteachers engaged in education and scientific research, in order to meet the requirementsof the new curriculum reform of basic education.This paper is divided into five parts in structure:Part One,Introduction. The new curriculum reform to teachers especially putforward new requirements of scientific literacy of primary school teachers, andillustrates the necessity and feasibility of primary school teachers engaged in educationand scientific research. And the "new curriculum", education and scientific research,scientific research quality and other concepts are clearly defined.Part Two, The content of this study purpose, object, method.Part Three, The survey results and analysis.The investigation involves35schools,of which5belonged to the city directly under the school,26of public school, privateschool4. Among them,4private schools are teaching conditions and teaching quality inDongguan good school. A preliminary understanding of current situation of primaryschool teacher education, and make a preliminary analysis of the various phenomena.Part Four, Conclusions and suggestions. Taking Dongguan city as an example toprimary school, primary school teachers in the practice of educational science researchsummarizes the problems, reasons and the formation of a deeper analysis. On theprimary school how to carry out education and scientific research, it puts forward somesuggestions with reference and operation of primary school teachers how to improve thequality of scientific research.Part Five.
