Chinesetextbook is the most important curriculum resources, links up the content ofChinese curriculumand the content of Chinese teaching, is the implement of the Chinesecurriculum objectives and content. Theexercise system ofChinese textbook is theimportant part that shows the intention of the textbook writers and presents Chineseknowledge and ability.Many Chinese teachers ignore the use of theexercise systemdueto unknowing the designing intentionof exercise system. The function of exercisesystem is not fully realized.This paper will analysisthe knowledge and ability of three sets of high schoolChinese textbook’s exercise system, and comparethe knowledge and ability of varioussets, and evaluate separatelybasing on the new curriculum standards.Combined with theconclusion, this paper will provide recommendations of the exercise system’s using thatwill suitfor all sets of textbooks.The paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter I, Introduction; Chapter II,definingliterary classics of three sets of textbooks and determine the comparingframework, andlaying the foundation for the next two chapters.Chapter III, sorting out the Chineseknowledge of the literary classics and comparingbased on the analytical framework,reaching the conclusion thatthe exercise system of high school Chinese textbook lackingdeclarative knowledge and procedural knowledge.Chapter IV,comparing the exercisesystem of literary classics from "application capability"" exploring capacity""aestheticcapacity", finding out the advantages and disadvantages of exercises. Chapter V,proposing the recommendations of using exercises.
