In the21st century, the living standard is higher and higher and the society needsmore and more talented people of various kinds, it pays more attention to cultivatingstudents’ full development. Under the new situation of comprehensively promoting qualityeducation in China, it is very important to improve the quality of chemistry experimentteaching in junior middle school.It is such important work to cultivate students’ interest in learning of chemistryexperiment in chemical experiment teaching. Improving the students’ interest is animportant factor to ensure the quality of teaching. Chemistry experiment teaching requiresto improve the teaching method and needs to guide and cultivate the students’ interest stepby step consciously. This paper will use methods, such as questionnaire, literature retrievaland practice research to study the current situation of middle school students’ interest inchemistry experiment learning. The interest teaching is applied in chemistry experimentteaching. The results of chemistry experiment teaching are analyzed under the perspectiveof cultivating interest in order to improve the quality of chemistry experiment teaching andraise the students’ scientific accomplishments.
