Homework is an important means for teachers to complete teaching tasks and students to consolidate their learning knowledge.The management of homework is reasonable and directly affects the teaching quality and students' learning outcomes.Under the teaching environment of "people-oriented" new curriculum reform,it is particularly important for primary school students to manage their homework properly and make it conform to the physical and mental development needs of senior students in primary schools.Four different levels of primary school in baoding city after use the ways such as questionnaire investigation,visiting survey,found that schools,teachers,students and parents for management to give enough attention to the elementary school higher grades homework.At present,baoding four elementary school homework management has made certain achievements,the related leadership attaches great importance to the homework management,promoting interdisciplinary equalization teacher homework assignments,teachers pay attention to the related operation time control management,homework management purpose,management reform will have homework,student work self-management high interest,self management goal is clear,parents to participate in job management interest in higher,obvious intention to operation management.But at the same time,the current management still exist many problems,baoding city elementary school homework from school side,the lack of job management system,lack of resources communication platform,lack of teacher job management training guide,in all the subjects in the classroom ways,such as the contents of homework arrangement is unreasonable,corrects homework feedback mechanism is imperfect,lack of layered targeted in the management of homework,from the point of students,homework self-management consciousness lacking,unreasonable homework time distribution management,homework management lack of summary reflection ability,etc.,from family,parents to participate in the homework management content,skills and ways are lacking.For improving the quality of the elementary school higher grades homework management,in terms of the school,to improve the homework management system,set up communication homework resources sharing platform,to strengthen the training of various branches teacher homework guidance,from the aspects of teachers,to strengthen the homework content structure management,enhance management effectiveness of homework feedback,homework management reflects the differentiation and pertinence,from the aspects of students,to improve the homework self-management consciousness,strengthen the homework time distribution management,strengthen the homework summary reflection ability,from the aspects of family,parents to participate in the homework management content should be improved and the litres of parents to participate in the homework management capacity,improve parents management style with homework.In short,the elementary school higher grades homework management to achieve good results,need schools,families,and the joint efforts of teachers and students themselves,to the elementary school higher grades homework management,to improve operation management effect.
