Based training is needed by the school development arising, sponsored by the school and planning aimed at school every school teacher training activities to meet the needs of. Teacher training is one form of school-based teachers’ continuing education, from the late1980s into China, has20years of practical experience, and has made some achievements. Along with China’s basic education reform constantly advancing and in-depth, school-based teacher training and more attention. Practice has proved that: the school-based training and professional development of teachers has an extremely important role in promoting. This article is based on teacher education, Baotou Kundulun to education and related theories of management, the use of surveys, literature and other research methods, Kundulun Baotou local Teacher Training issues the actual investigation and carried out some discussion. The main content and viewpoint follows the first part, on the basis of relevant literature on the theory and understanding of the meaning of school-based training management, characteristics, effects and management of domestic and Teacher Training conducted summarize it.
