The Research Of The Quality Of Mongolian Political Teacher In The First Middle School

The application of the new curriculam has really becoming a huge challenge forthe formation of the traditional image of the high school politics teachers,especiallyfor teachers who teaching in Mongolian.This issue has done a investigation at kulunqifirst secondary school on teachers who teaching political lectures in Mongolian ineducation,educational psephology curriculum theory research perspective and theteaching value as the clue.The issue has discussed the qualify that the Mongolianteachers should have and the training effective ways and means of such qualities inEducation ethnographic methods.In the preface,the article has explained the reason for the topic, researchconditions, research content, research methods,such as the purpose andsignificance.Structurally, the paper consists of three parts.first,using literature reviewmethod,we Analysis of the quality connotation.the quality teacher shouldhave.mongolian teachers quality etc.Second,using the education ethnographicmethods,we introduces survey of Kulunqi first secondary school and doing a Acomprehensive survey which is to actively promote new teaching,then analyzed onthe existence of Mongolian teachers quality problems and the causes of problems.At last,To explore how to improve the quality of teachers in Mongolianlanguage,and put forward the suggestions of normal college students’ quality by doinga survey among Kulun’s first middle school teachers and students.In this paper, we paid attention to basic education, high school politics teachertaught Mongolian qualities as research subjects in order to establish a scientific andperfect system that we can improve the Mongolian politics teachers qualityfundamentally.The final purpose of this paper are to meet the requirements of thetimes and the requirements of the new curriculum reform,to improve the teachinglevel of national political education courses,to lay a foundation for Cultivatinghigh-quality and innovative national excellence.
