Our country has carried out the eighth basic education reform under the worldwidepromoting of the course reform base on the curriculum standard. We made the breakthroughchange on all aspects of the basic education reform such as curriculum standards, textbook,teaching and the examination evaluation. The discussion of internal relations betweencurriculum elements and the consistency research of the coherence between the examinationevaluation and curriculum standard have been the current important topic in the field ofeducation research. The Congruity Theory from abroad has made great achievements in thepractical field. Coherence analysis model has been a quantitative tool to guide the evaluation.Meanwhile in the interior field of course evaluation, based on the standard evaluation hasbeen the mainstream of evaluation, to make the foreign coherence tools localized and toanalyze and judge whether the evaluation and curriculum standard are detached byquantitative analysis. This kind of developed tendency has attracted the attention of thedomestic scholars. In such a backdrop, this study aims to study eighth grade physicaleducation tests and coherence problems of curriculum standard.This paper analyzes the coherence research valuation of Weber’s analysis model base onneatening literatures and confirming research status. Meanwhile we confirm using Weber’sanalysis model for reference and analyze the level of coherence of eighth grade school testpaper and curriculum standards from four dimensionalities, the types of knowledge, the depthof knowledge, the breadth of knowledge and the distribution balance of knowledge after thelocalization reform of Weber’s analysis model from many aspects such as the cognitive level,curriculum standards and evaluation of project code. Aiming at research results, this thesisanalyzes the intrinsic reasons. Finally we come to a conclusion and analyze the influencefactors.Coherence research surveys the evaluation item from the perspective of revaluation anddetects the coherence level of curriculum standards and evaluation items. It improves thevalidity of evaluation and plays a function of debug for the operation of physics courses. Thispaper introduces coherence analysis program into practical teaching and this way can helpprovide exact direction for test questions setting. This way is also convenient for teachers toexamine validity of teaching and evaluation of their own. It is a good way to optimize theteaching, promote the development of teachers and improve the quality of education.
