Humanities attribute of Chinese make aesthetic education become the meanings ofChinese education. Pay attention to training the esthetical ability has become an importantconcept of the new curriculum reform. Contemporary poetry is an important part of literaryworks with aesthetic significance and value can not be ignored. But in the middle schoolChinese education, contemporary poetry in the textbooks of the proportion of small, not thecauses of examination related requirements in Chinese teaching in middle schools, which isthe lack of attention to. In the teaching of poetry, aesthetic image complete dismembered, payattention to rational analysis and to ignore the emotional experience teaching method, theaesthetic characteristics of the lack of a deeper understanding, all these factors make thecontemporary poetry teaching difficulties. This is not conducive to the realization of thefunction of Chinese education.Aesthetic teaching focus on the contemporary poetry in leading students to appreciatepoetry, receive information from poetry, pay attention to arouse the students’ perception andexperience, through the association and imagination, to lead the students to perceive,understand, evaluate contemporary poetry appreciation of the beauty. In teaching strategiesfor specific performance through repeated reading reciting poetry, feeling free rhythm;expansion of imagination, feeling poetic picture image beauty; comparison of replacement,chew poetry strange language; arousing emotional experience, tasting of the beauty of poeticimage and emotion; aesthetic creation, lasting poetic beauty.The aesthetic essence of teaching poetry and aesthetic education is the same. It is a kindof life and emotional teaching. The ultimate purpose of which is to care for students, in orderto improve the status of Chinese heavy dissemination of knowledge and skill training,ignoring the emotional education; in order to improve the students’ aesthetic ability, improvethe students’ personality, to provide some help to promote the all-round development ofstudents.
