Physical education teaching process optimization degree directly reflects theteaching quality of high and low, as well as from a certain extent, reflects the teachingcontent, teaching strategy, teaching organization and so on elements, the integrationdegree between the parts also determines whether the current school sports to achievequality education. In long-term under the influence of the traditional school sportsteaching concept, the present physical education more or less have a certainmandatory, the subjectivity of the students is not fully reflected, the development ofpersonality and psychological health are suppressed. Students in the classroom is apassive learning attitude, teaching process and with a strong inflexible, stylized,"begins with teachers, characteristics to students". Therefore, how to optimize thephysical education teaching process; improve the quality of teaching, the focus ofresearch in current PE teaching. The rationality of the physical education classteaching structure, physical education, the teaching effect of high and low, teacherpreparation, selection of teaching content and arrangement, organization of teachers,teaching methods, students into class and teachers’ teaching energy are essentialelements of physical education in the teaching process optimization, is also a keyfactor affecting the quality of physical education teaching. How to reasonablearrangement of teaching structure, teaching design, let students acquire positiveemotion experience, cultivate the students’ sports habits, etc., make the school sports,give full play to its value is to optimize the physical education teaching process,improve the teaching quality of physical education and the need to study the effect ofimportant content.In this study, in order to optimize the process of junior high school physicaleducation part of Shanghai for the study, use of literature, aspects of the survey, fieldobservation, measurement, and mathematical statistics, etc., on the Shanghai middleschool physical education teaching process optimization conduct a comprehensivestudy of the status quo, to provide a reference for the further development of sportsschool in Shanghai. Teaching schedule is reasonable, but there is little attention to the end of thepreparatory activities of teachers to students the importance of adjustment timearrangements and contrary to the needs of students seriously. And there are still somedeficiencies in the use of teaching strategies, especially in the "encouraging studentsto inquiry-based learning" and "teaching organization with a new approach" betweenthe two. 4. The number of teaching content according to the Shanghai city "physicaleducation and health curriculum" in the two teaching content and requirements, theteacher of this requirement for enforcement is very good.
