Research On Fighting Poverty With Education In Western Poverty-strlcken County Of Jilin Province

How to alleviate and eliminate poverty are the worldwide problems in the contemporary. There are many different ways to dispose of poverty due to numerous and complex reasons, for example subjective and objective reasons.The subjective reasons of causing poverty in rural areas are very complex, mainly have fool, disease and weak; the key is the fool. Therefore we must govern the fool first if we want to manage poverty. The ways of governing the fool are strengthening and improving rural education. Education can not only improve their intellectual quality, innovational quality, administrational quality and the technical quality, increase agricultural income, but also can enhance the ability of self-occupation, increase the non-agricultural income.The essence of educational anti-poverty is roundly promoting human quality and developmental skills through the rural education, and breaking the chain of poverty which is accumulative and circulatory, so as to achieve a sustainable development in every aspect in rural areas.Lack of education is one of the important causes of poverty and backwardness of the western Jilin province. Therefore, this paper nominated "Research on fighting poverty with education in western poverty-stricken county of Jilin province." I began carrying out the targeted research.This paper is on the basic of defining the concept of the educational anti-poverty and the theory evidence, analyses the requirement and problems of the educational anti-poverty, demonstrates the implication of the foreign educational anti-poverty experience for China’s. Finally putting forwards the educational anti-poverty principles and countermeasures for the western Jilin province.
