ABSTRACT:As everyone knows, moral character plays a significant role in the Talent quality structure. Primary period is extremely important in the development of behavior, personality and intelligence, as well as in the formation of personal values and morality. Nowadays, we are in the period of economic transformation, our society is developing day by day. The economy is under tremendous development, at the same time, some moral problems that against the regulations have been caused. The social environment has great influence on pupils’ideological and moral quality. In order to cope with this problem, and also in order to implement the rules of "Primary School English Curriculum Standards", we should pay attention to moral infiltration in primary English class. Based on this fact and the absorption and reference on the existing research results, this study has methodologically adopted document analysis, systematical analysis and questionnaire survey. Combining theory with practice, this paper makes a in-depth discuss about moral infiltration in primary English class.The first part is "the necessity and feasibility of moral infiltration in primary English class ". First, it is the inevitable choice under the background of modern society. Second, it is an important content of moral education system in primary school. Third, it is the inherent requirement of the primary school English curriculum standard. Then I demonstrate its feasibility from three aspects:characteristics of English subject, teaching materials and teaching methods. The second part is about "the present situation, problems and the attribution analysis of moral infiltration in primary English class" This part is based on the questionnaires. And the last part is about "the accessible path to help strengthen the moral infiltration". It was disserted from two perspectives, the primary schools and the teachers.
