Teaching and moral education are the duty to the English teachers in the primary school. According to English Curriculum Standards, English teachers should include both professional knowledge and moral education permeation. It’s so important for pupils to develop their personal values and morality. Moral education is important for all the pupils in primary school. The English teachers in primary school should consider the psychological characteristics of the pupils, combine the subject teaching and the moral education, try to permeate the moral education to the pupils on the class.This research is based on the existing researches, takes Chengdu Hua Run primary school as a case. Through textual analysis, the method of literature research, the method of questionnaire, the method of interviewing and observing in the class, explores the permeation of the moral education in English class of primary School. The researcher analyzed the courses of it. The aim of the research is just want to get the answer about the fact and find a good way to solute it. The author hopes it can help other English teachers with their permeation of the moral education when they are teaching in the classroom.and complete English teaching theory in primary school. The author also hopes it can provide the theoretical basis and practical basis for the moral education of English class in primary school.Specifically, this paper consists of five parts:The first part directly introduce the origin, significance, literature sum-up, the research method of this topic and the definition of core concepts.The second part analysis the factors contained in the moral education of primary school English teaching materials and teaching methods, explained the feasibility of moral education in primary school English teaching process.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation in the primary school. The aim is about the permeation of the moral education in English classes.The fourth part is through the investigation, find out the problems.The fifth part main put forwards the corresponding solutions.First the headmaster and all the leaders of the school should pay more attention to the education of moral. They should try to establish an effective moral system on English class teaching then the English teachers can do better on it. They should be people-oriented, set up schools complete moral system, strengthen the supervision of evaluation; On the one hand Schools need to continuously improve moral education attainable of the primary school English teachers themselves; on the other hand the teachers should fully exploit the moral factors from the English textbooks and make them for the classroom teaching; In order to achieve great results in English teaching in primary schools, we need to use flexible approach. Only if the teachers master the suitable methods of physical and mental development characteristics of moral education to the pupils, we could help students develop good habits, establish the correct value judgment. Finally, the student will be a talent needed person for our country.
