Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standards(2011) point out that English course possess instrumental and humanity double characters, must pay attention to enhance students’comprehensive humanistic quality. English course have responsibility to cultivate students’patriotic feeling, to help them to develop positive values and to establish the correct outlook on life and values. In primary English teaching, teachers should regards teaching and education as the first purpose, seize the appropriate moral education opportunity, take full advantage of moral education resources in English course. It will lay tramping foundation for students’lifelong learning, if English teachers could permeate interpersonal relationship education and good character education into English teaching.Some experts and scholars have conducted on how to permeate moral education into primary English teaching. This research is based on the existing researches, takes Hohhot A primary school as research object. In order to get a thoroughly research about the permeation of the moral education in English teaching in primary School A, the writer used the literature method, questionnaire method, interviewing method, classroom observation. This research is aimed at finding out the problems, analyzing the courses and put forwards the corresponding solutions, so that can complete English teaching theory, even though provide reference for the permeation of the moral education in other subjects.The research found that the current problems of the moral education in Primary A are:1.school moral education mechanism didn’t form a unitary system.2.school leaders and teachers always ignore subject teaching which are crucial adjective in school moral education.3.There is no integrated evaluation system of the moral education.4.Many teachers can’t permeate the moral education in English teaching, achieve the moral education target.5.Many teachers didn’t study the textbook intensively, so they can’t find out a focus of language knowledge and moral education.To promote the effectively permeation of moral education in English teaching, school need attach great importance to moral education, committed to establish the integrated the moral system. Getting the relevant people’s attention is the first thing to do. The leaders need enhance supervisory evaluation, set-up "people oriented" awareness. The teachers should not only impart English knowledge, but also cultivate students’good study habits. Combine the subject teaching and the moral education, seize every moment to realize students’moral potential. Only if teachers could master the suitable methods about permeation of moral education, English class would function of helping students set the correct value judgment, experience life with good habits. Finally, students will make strong contribution to society by their efforts.
