Accompanied by the development of economic globalization and theconstruction of four centers of Shanghai, more and more migrant workers come towork in Shanghai. Their children’s education has become increasingly importantissues, concerning the Government, the community and scholars.This article is mainly pay attention to the ideological and moral charactercondition, through questionnaires, beginning with the living conditions of the migrantchildren family, we discover and analyze the studies, ideological and moral, worldview, philosophy, sense of worth, and interpersonal interaction. We seek to find thecause of the problems, and make effort to find and search the resolve.The investigation and studies aimed the migrant children at junior high school,with the study of this articles it shown that the migrant children have a better idea ofthe character of ideological and moral knowledge, respecting teacher, loving the teamand enjoying involved, but few of them have psychological lonely inferior, andshowing no confidence. It shown that the philosophy and sense of worth of migrantchildren have not been formed system.Through the research and analysis on these issues, combined with the threefactors of the family, school and society, I have table a proposal in the teachingprocess that it should pay attention to feeling penetration, and knowing are inaccordance with doing. We should pay attention to teachers giving guidance in study,and assisting each other with classmates. And also we should create a favorableenvironment for the migrant children to understand the social in social practice, toknow the moral, to put oneself through the mill, to train the innovation, to enhance theability of practice. We do our best to improve the quality of migrant children’seducation and study habits to help them build up the correct view of the world view,philosophy and sense of worth, and help them integrate into Shanghai faster andbetter.
