Basic education curriculum reform clearly an important role in the development of art education and the promotion of quality education in the overall development of students,and provides art class to be a required course for the country nine years of compulsory education.Art education is to require national implementation of quality education,which is the main way to implement art education.Art education can not only implement effective in promoting the full and harmonious development of man,but also has an important role to improve the quality of the people which can not be underestimated.Our country is a big agricultural country.There are some gaps in rural areas of economic,cultural,educational resources and urban areas,which makes art teaching of relatively slow development of rural areas.Our large rural population,rural population is directly related to the quality of the overall quality of people,quality of teaching in rural areas directly related to the overall level of art National Art teaching. So the development of rural area art teaching is of great significance.Ye is part of Pingdingshan City,Henan Province in central southwest side,is Provincial and impoverished county,384existing schools at all levels,including in18rural junior high school.Over the years,the quality of teaching Ye County,Pingdingshan City,has consistently ranked in the forefront,but the status of the art of teaching is not optimistic.In2010,1joined the ranks of the rural middle school art teacher in Ye County,began studying art curriculum standards in the process of teaching,I always wanted to follow curriculum standards required to complete the task of teaching excellent,but often encounter many difficulties.Since art class is so important,then,when we should be making art teaching how to maximize their function? Curriculum reform ten years,the rural areas Ye County where I stayed,art class on how to carry out the situation,how the teaching effect,what are the difficulties encountered,how to solve the problems caused me to think.In this paper,literature review,research,statistical analysis,work analysis,interviews with teachers and other methods,focusing on the face of the status quo in rural junior high school art teaching Ye be investigated from schoos,teachers and pupils.Research shows that middle school art teaching Ye rural development has some advantages:for example,"urban school twinning"and"Quality Education Showcase" and other policy support;introduce special post teachers;abundant local art teaching resources.There are also many new curriculum standards do not match with the question:for example,schools,art education concept behind teaching equipment is not complete,start rate is not high art class;teachers,low professional quality,role change is not in place,the teaching model of a single,change the status of the art of teaching are not active;students,anhedonia,school numbness.These problems have constrained the development of the art of teaching Ye region.Finally,funding and curriculum supervision;professional knowledge,teaching ability and moral construction;awareness of art education;optimize content,stimulate interest and extend thinking,interact to improve the efficiency of art teaching strategies proposed feasibility I hope to improve the status of art teaching areas Ye helpful to other rural areas to carry out the art of teaching has some significance.
