Research On The Factors Affecting Winter Physical Education In Universities And Colleges Of Heilongjiang Province

Under the background of promote quality education, the Ministry of Educationcarried out a policy “The National Programme for Education of College PhysicalEducation”, which presented that “Course contents should based on features of students,and regional, climates, gymnasiums or necessary facilities difference, the content ofcourses should plentiful and aim at providing a capacious develop space” This providedan opportunity for physical education reform in colleges.China is a big country with diversity regional differences, which will influence thedevelopment of college physical education.Heilongjiang province is located in the northeast of China, which is the mostnorthern and the highest-latitude provinces with the temperate, cold temperatecontinental monsoon climate. Climate characterized by four distinctive seasons, longand cold winter, mean temperature below0℃for about6months. DevelopHeilongjiang winter physical education in college is of important reference significanceto other colleges in the north area of our country.Document research, Delphi technique, questionnaires,et al. were used in thissubject, make some primary research on the influence of regional factors on the emergeand development of sports, visit colleges to investigate the present situation of winterphysical education in Heilongjiang province, explore the role of regional factors on thedevelopment of winter physical education and the engagement of students through theinvestigation of the impact factors on the engagement of students in winter physicaleducation. Our research attempts to put forward an acceptable formula in the subjectivelayer of students and the objective layer of the regional factors in Heilongjiang province,further promote the reform of Heilongjiang winter physical education.Through the analyze of related investigation results, explores the importance ofmaking full use of the unique geographical factors of Heilongjiang province, from theperspective of regional culture analyzed the minority traditional sports in Heilongjiangprovince and take it into the content of the winter physical education in colleges. Finally,put forward people-oriented, combine the national sports and physical education,provide new thinking for the physical education features of times, development and nationality.
