| Teachers’ pre-service training is the start of the new teacher’ career and it’s also an important part of teachers’ continuing education. The training effects directly influence the new teachers’ professional emotion, cognition and development. Effective teachers’ pre-service training is beneficial to improving the new teachers’ vocational adaptability and the overall quality. Researches on teachers’training have been fruitful whatever in domestic or abroad. And the study methods and important points are different, Such as the training mechanism, the training mode, training problem and countermeasures, which has great reference and significance to improve the effects of teachers’ pre-service training. But overall all the existing ones, researches on the pre-service training of primary school teachers in ethnic minority areas are limited.In2012, in order to solve the employment problem of the of graduate students, the Xinjiang province and it’s counterpart support provinces carried out the " Training plan on the minority college graduates who would be trained in counterpart support provinces". As a counterpart support province, Zhejiang province undertakes the pre-service training on primary school teachers from Aksu area. In the background, this research takes the training as an example.On the basis of the literature research, questionnaire-based and supplemented by individual interview, the study researches the effect of the training from training content, form, arrangement etc. There are four parts in this research.The first part is introduction. This part introduces the origin and meanings of the study, review of relevant literature at home and abroad, methods of relevant literature review, research theoretical basis, core concept definitions and the study thinking and methods.The second part is the background analysis of the Aksu primary school teachers’ pre-service training. This part mainly interprets the relevant national policy on the development of teacher education in the western region and the training program teaching advising, as well as the experiences about the teachers’training work of Zhejiang Normal University.The third part is the investigation on the primary school teachers’pre-service training. This part is empirical study. Through questionnaires and interviews on trainers satisfaction, training courses and content, training forms, training organization, the research analyzes the training effect and existing problems.The last part is the proposals on improving the effects of the pre-service training. On the basis of the theoretical basis, the discovered problems in the third part and the particularity of the primary education in minority areas, this part gives suggestions to training plan, training content, training progress and training appraisal, which can improve the effectiveness of pre-service training and take reference to the future research. |
