In recent years, all kinds of moral problems emerge in endlessly, such as" The Incident ofPoisonous Milk","The Clenbuterol Case","Dyeing Steamed Bread","Trench Oil Event","FloorPour Event","Abuse of Catwoman Event" and cyber-violence, touching people’s moral bottomline again and again, and these have brought to the middle school students’ physical and mentaldevelopment of great negative effects. Therefore, to strengthen the moral education of studentsis one of the important things in secondary education now." Elementary education reformprogram (trial)"and" Compulsory education biology curriculum standard "clearly putforward:Combine moral education and biology curriculum, strengthening the moral education ofmiddle school students. As a member of the living creature teachers, it’s their duty to develop andpromote the biological moral education reasonably.Based on the theory of moral education, combined with a glimmer of teacher’s interview, I made aquestionnaire of "research of teacher’s factors on biological moral education in middle highschool" about242students and54teachers of the second and sixth high school of Xinyang. Tenaspects are involved in this questionnaire, ethics, teacher expectations, teacher knowledge reserve,teaching methods, professional, subject aesthetic, educational background, age, gender,appearance, and title. The statistics of the questionnaire are counted by Likert scale method andthe data were analyzed with mathematical statistics method.The result shows that both teachers and students agree that "ethics" is the biggest factor to middleschool students’ biological moral education, teachers’ and students’ scores of the questionnaire are3.28and3.48; then followed by teacher expectations, teacher knowledge reserves and teachingmethods, teachers’ scores are3.09,2.95,2.91and students’ scores are3.4,3.29,3.22; The lastthree are age, gender and title, and teachers’ scores are2.57,2.20,2.07, students’ scores are2.07,2.07,1.98. At the same time, this article analyses the results from the teacher’s gender, age, subjectteaching age, professional title, education.
