Nowadays the development of the economy has accelerated thedevelopment of various fields. Economy development brings out theglobalization. Following the economy development, education has alsogradually become internalization. To adapt to this situation, eachcountries have adopted international cooperation in running school topromote their education field. The international cooperation in runningschool can help one country to improve its education field by usingeducation resources from other countries and also can spread its owneducation resources to other country, help other country in economy andeducation developing, and also can promote the reform of education.Developing country adopt this kind of method by cooperate withdeveloped country to reduce the gap between the countries. Since eachcountries have joined the world trade organization, the schools have comeup with different kinds of cooperation, this has accelerated thedevelopment of cooperation in running schools. Under the strong supportfrom all countries, the scale of cooperation in runing schools is enlargedand emergenced in different levels. Along with the fast development ofcooperation in running schools, the problems have also emerged. To findthe solution for these problems can boost up the growth of internationalcooperation in running schools between Cambodia and china and at thesame time also can achieve the original purpose of cooperation in runningschools.The objective of this research is the cooperation in running schoolsbetween Cambodia and Guangxi,to find the countermeasure according tothe problems both countries have met during the process of coorperation.The paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter mainlyintroduces the research background, the concept of internationalcooperation in running schools, and define the concept of the high qualityeducation resources. The second chapter is the summarization of Cambodia and Guangxi higher education in running schools. In thirdchapter will describe and analyzes the problems of Cambodia andGuangxi while in the process of cooperation and then do the SWOTanalysis. In the fourth chapter will introduce about the policies to improvethe quality of cooperation in running schools for both countires. The fifthchapter, the last part of the paper is the conclusion and prospect of theresearch.
