With the constantly deepened education internationalization, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools got unprecedented expansion and development in scale and level. It plays an important role in promoting education internationalization, introducing foreign advanced teaching resources and management experience, developing our vocational education and cultivating the talents with international education background and strong competition.Sino-foreign cooperation programs have existed more than 10 years since 1995 and an increasing number of higher vocational colleges have developed Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. Sino-foreign cooperation programs in vocational colleges and that in discipline-oriented universities have something in common, but also have its own characteristics.This thesis explores that Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important way to develop our higher vocational education, based on the process of our higher vocational education, the background and motivation of Sino-foreign cooperation, the characteristics, mode, meaning and difficult situation of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational education. On the one hand, we could introduce foreign high-quality education resources, use all kinds of channels talents and capital to solve the difficulties of running schools, increase the access to high-quality education resources for the public and meet our rich and diverse education needs. On the other hand, we could digest and absorb the advanced idea, mode, management system and operational mechanism of foreign higher vocational education and use the innovative means to shorten the gap with the developed countries and make our own characteristics.Along with the further development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, many new problems occurred, so it is very important to strengthen the research on the Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools of higher vocational colleges. This thesis takes the theory of human capital and the theory of higher education cost-sharing as a guide and adopts the method of literature and typical cases analysis. This thesis studies the overall situation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and chooses the Sino-foreign cooperation programs in vocational colleges of Zhejiang, Shanghai and Xinjiang as typical cases. It also concludes some successful experience according to some existing problems and put forward some reference and reasonable proposals for the Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools of higher vocational colleges.On the basis of the above, I tried to put forward the mode of running schools by transnational enterprises group. We introduce the group into the higher vocational education and absorb the reasonable elements in it to achieve the optimal allocation of resources, enhance international understanding, make up for the lack of vocational education expenses and expand the students'employment. It will maximize the operation quality and efficiency and create favorable objective conditions for our higher vocational education to achieve the leap in development against the international background.
