Teacher-student interpersonal is the relationship between teachers and students in the teaching process.It is the most basic and important process, and the same time it is the most active and frequent interpersonal.In the process of university teaching,how students learn and treat teachers,how teachers play roles and treat students, and how to deal with the relationship between teachers and students,which should be further study in teaching reform.Traditionally, teachers and students always be divided into two different and opposite educational subjects.under the guidance of building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, this paper integrated the research of teachers and students domestic and external and understanding of status of teacher-student by educational schools external and re-acknowledge the body of education.In enrich and improve "the principal ’one sides’" theory, this paper proposed implementation of the "two sides of "concept of teachers and students, which provide research ideas to improve the quality of teaching universities.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, which review the background and significance as well as in the field, is a brief description of research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is theoretical basis of the concept of teachers and students, including Marx’s theory of human subjectivity, constructivist theory, Habermas’s communication theory.The third chapter analyzes the specific content of "two sides of teachers and students, including basic properties,education subjects, as well as conception precautions, value orientation, interaction approaches for the implementation in university teaching.The fourth chapter analysis of university teaching, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation, five teaching environment implementing the specific requirements of the "two sides of concept of teachers and students in order to ensure the improvement of the quality of teaching and build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students from constraints and democracy, knowledge and understanding, freedom and authority, equality and efficiency, Humanities and Sciences five angles.Any educational process to teach both ingredients, there are components of learning, different levels of just how much different."Teaching" and "learning" are two sides of one process, not two processes. Thus, in the university teaching, teachers and students do not absolutely divided, not so much two separate subject, as it is the two faces of the one educational process.Teachers should not only "teach" as well as "learning" while the student is necessary to "learn", you can "teach" and, therefore,"students in teachers" and "teachers in students’ appear.In the teaching process, only the "teacher" side and "student" side taken into account each other put and into account, can build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and improve the quality of university teaching.
