Ideological And Political Work In College Students’ Crisis Management

More and more crisis events have occurred in colleges in these years. It is important for college to do well about college students’ crisis management. As’soft measurement’, ideological and political work is an important means of college students’ crisis management. To research ideological and political work have great influence on the subject of ideological and political education and prevention and control of crisis.The paper passes through the method of comparative analysis and literature analysis. It discusses the feasibility of ideological and political work according to the management, status and advantages in crisis management. On the basis of this, to explore the crisis management problems caused by lacking of ideological and political work. Then, to put forward four aspects of specific measures including shaping crisis culture, establishing broadly social foundation, carrying out educational practice, innovating the methods of the ideological and political work.The first part, firstly, the paper overviews the college crisis event, mainly to classify the college students’ crisis events and to summarize the characteristics and causes of crisis, which proves the necessity of ideological and political work. Secondly, it discusses the feasibility of ideological and political work. In order to further demonstrate the importance of the ideological and political work, it analyzes the role, status and advantages about the ideological and political work in college students crisis management.The second part, the paper recognizes the main duties of the ideological and political work, then explores college students crisis management difficulties from the point of view of ideological and political work, the crisis management is divided into two parts including of daily crisis management and crisis period management, to explore their problems.The third part, is the focus of this paper. Based on the above questions, to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures on ’how to do’ the ideological and political work.
