Research On Cultivation Of Advanced-skilled Talents In YueQing

Advanced-skilled talents are very important to a district or a country developing the economy. Without the support of such talented people,the development of a district or a country will be restricted seriously. Yueqing city is the birthplace of "Wenzhou model", the economic development of Yueqing city is rapidly. The serious insufficiency of advanced-skilled talents makes it difficult to convert advanced science and technology to high quality products or services quickly, thus seriously influencing the enterprise competitiveness. How to increase strength of the advanced-skilled talents team is a serious subject of Yueqing city.The research makes the demand of advanced-skilled talents of Yueqing as a starting point, by using documental analysis, Survey Research Methods to make sure the current situation and existing problems of Yueqing advanced-skilled talents, then analyzes its reasons. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate advanced-skilled talents, includes:from the government to correct positioning,;improve the policy support;define the role of the government; to increase government financial input; pay more attention to the training of young advanced-skilled talents.Frome the Geographical restrictions to provide the families of education, livelihood incentives to prevent brain drain; to provide a good work environment for the advanced-skilled talents. From the corporate front, to raise awareness and establish career planning for the advanced-skilled talents; to establish incentives reward; to establish skill testing; to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation.
