There is more demand for the all-round talents in this new century which is full of challenges and opportunities. Moral education is the core of the overall development. With the deepening of the reform of educational systems these years, many new phenomena and conditions emerged in the moral education in secondary vocational schools,which requires us to explore a new way of comprehensive development.The development and utilization of the second classroom education resources is an important part of developing the moral education in secondary vocational schools. Since the second classroom educationresources is close to the reality of the secondary vocational school students and brings the moral education in secondary vocational schools a lot of advantages, it is not only necessary,but also has a very important practical significance to make the second classroom resources integrate into the moral education.The whole paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction which expounds the reasons,significance and the research of the topic. The second part makes a systematic thinking about the connotation of the second classroom and the necessity of developmentThe third part introduces the current situation of the second classroom resources development and analyzes the current situation of the second classroom resources development in the secondary vocational schools and the problems during development. The fourth part expounds the strategies of the second classroom resources development and analyzes the principles,ways and matters needing attention of the development according to the problems in part3.
