Since the 30 years of reform and opening-up, China’s science, technology, economy, culture, etc., have maintained a state of rapid development and made tremendous achievements. It is the effort of the Chinese people guided by the mind of MAO zedong thought and the theory system of socialism. In order to realize the all-round construction of the socialist country, boom of country and people’s living standards, and the realization of Chinese dream, teenagers must have modern ideological and political quality in the new century. According to China’s education policy that the training of people with ideal, morality, knowledge and discipline in the middle school Settings, the political lesson of high school is an important subject. It means that the importance of middle school political lesson is different from any other lesson, Besides the discipline theory teaching goal, it also help students to establish correct political orientation and foster correct outlook of world, life and thinking methods and cultivate good ideological and moral quality. So the relationship between teachers and students in school education is the most basic, important and complex relationship. In the subject of teaching, the process of cultivating students’ all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and forming good personality, it plays an irreplaceable role. If handled properly, the relationship between teachers and students will improve the students’ learning interest. Especially in the political course, The Marxist theory would not be spontaneously generated in students’ mind. With the guidance, inspiration and instruction of teachers, it can arm student’s thought better. For the high school political lesson teaching, the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students has important practical significance.In addition to the introduction, this article is divided into three parts. The first part, which explains the concept of "harmonious relationship between teachers and students" from the concept of "harmony" and "the relationship between teachers and students". The analyzes the current construction of high school political lesson teaching of the meaning with the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in three aspects. In order to improve the efficiency of political lesson and promote the development of teachers and students’ health of body and mind and complete the modern moral education tasks, the twice part is the focus of the article. With analyzing the status quo of the relationship between teachers and students in the political lesson in the current, it also points out and analyses the special problems and the causes of these problems. The last part is the key of the article, which puts forward how to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the teaching of political lesson.With previous theoretical research of the relationship between teachers and students, this article is more focused on practical application. By exploring the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the teaching of high school political lesson, advocating to apply these methods into daily teaching practice. It will improve the education quality of teaching and the effect of moral education effectively. However, due to the limitation of teaching experience and the lack of questionnaire survey, case analysis and interview, this paper is slightly shallow. The author will continuously strengthen the attention on the problem and research in the process of study and work in the future.
