The Studay Of Career Planning Group Guidence For The Secondary Vocational School Students

Career planning has become the problem for all the people need to be facing and thinking, itis getting more and more attention. The sorts of career planning consultancy and training insociety courses more people than before,and career planning education has become an importanttrend in today’s school education reform and innovation, white-collar workers and collegestudents career planning to get enough attention and development.So far, related training andeducation research development momentum is strong, for college students’ career planning groupguidance research also has made certain achievements.The students of secondary vocationalschool as vulnerable groups in the workplace, they need more guidance and career planningeducation, however,the study of secondary vocational education career planning is relativelysmall, started late, compared with higher vocational colleges, and universities, the establishmentand team construction, funds, professional staffing, there was a gap in such aspects as secondaryvocational career planning education of guidance and counseling needs effective research.This study is based on the investigation, carry out career planning counseling in the Centre ofHuangdao Vocational Education, randomly selected from a total of60students of differentmajors in career planning questionnaire, and select20use according to the group counselingprogram design of the study and investigation for2months of career planning counseling on itfrom, another40does not make processing. After the group counseling at the end of each of the60students were tested after investigation, qualitative study was conducted to observe feedbackand lead the combination group in the group process, make a comprehensive evaluation on thegroup effect, the results show that by career planning counseling, group members inself-awareness, planning level and employment confidence than40in the control groupincreased significantly.On this basis, the researchers implement the group plan for further modification andperfection, eventually forming applicable guidance program in vocational education practice, inorder to contribute to the career planning education in secondary vocational school reform anddevelopment.
