National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programshas issued, this demonstrates the development of vocational education in China iswelcoming a golden period. The lack of qualified teachers in secondary vocationaleducation becomes a bottleneck, which restricts itself development, as well as thescale of secondary vocational education has been enlarging unceasingly. Secondaryvocational schools need to establish a system of Career Planning and Guidance of theSecondary Vocational Education teachers, guide and help these teachers make a betterplan of their career, so that, can the school’s strategic objectives and personal aimsheld a same view, can school and teacher progress together.This research has put the general theories of career planning into the applicationsof Career Planning and Guidance of the Secondary Vocational Education teachers.First, this thesis defines some correlative concepts of Career Planning of theSecondary Vocational Education teachers, then discuss Secondary VocationalEducation teachers’ features and the influence factors of Career Planning of theSecondary Vocational Education. After that, it makes a questionnaire among fivesecondary vocational schools in Tianjin from four aspects, including personal data,personal career awareness, job satisfaction and form of career planning guidance, tounderstanding the status of career planning and guidance of secondary vocationaleducation teachers. Basis on this survey, it investigates target-orientedly withinterviews, and analysis the problems and causes in Career Planning of the SecondaryVocational Education and organizational career guidance from all the perspectives. Atlast, to improve the system, this paper says respectively in view of secondaryvocational education teachers from six aspects, such as self-cognition, organizationalunderstanding, targets definitude, relationship communication, attention to teachers’professional grow up, emphasis on scientific research of secondary vocationaleducation teachers. Throughout these, it can achieve a “win-win” situation insecondary schools and the development of teachers’ career.
