Research On The Practice Of Career Planning Guidance For Secondary Vocational School Students

With the progress of the society and the development of the times,the secondary vocational schools have begun the golden period of the development of vocational education.But we also have to face the problems behind the development of Vocational education.The solution of these problems is directly related to the sustainable development of Vocational Education in the future,and the key to solving the problem lies in the smooth development of career planning guidance.This paper from the connotation of the employment guidance and career guidance as the starting point,by means of questionnaire survey,interview survey and interview results led talks Jiaojiang occupation technical secondary school student as the basis,focuses on the analysis of situation and problems of vocational students occupation career planning guidance,to carry out a series of research with the help of special occupation existing resources in Jiaojiang,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on carrying out the occupation career planning of medium occupation schools.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,the purpose and significance of the study,literature review,and so on.The second part is the related basic theory of occupation career planning guidance,to focus on the vital role on the back of the study.In the third part,the corresponding results are obtained through questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part is the analysis of the survey results.Through the data analysis,the career planning guidance in the different groups of the existence of differences;at the same time,the school's practical conditions were analyzed.The fifth part is on the basis of the previous career planning guidance.The sixth part puts forward the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions for the guidance of career planning of secondary vocational school students.The system enters a practice to clarify the future development ideas.The seventh part is the summary of this study.
