Research On Spirit Of Class Cultural Construction

The school plays an important position to create and inherit spiritual civilization.Inheritance, finishing, sublation, spreading and creating the school culture is the duty andmissionof the school. Culture is the soul of the school.The more important function of theschool culture is to promote the formation of humanspirit besides the inheritance of allhuman spiritual wealth. It is the teachers and students’ life appeal and the soul of theschool development. And the foothold of the school culture is in the class culture. The classculture is to create the class spirit, cultural environment and behavior by all the classmembers. It is the crystallization of wisdom of the class members. It combines all theclass members’ emotion, will and the pursuit, including the class atmosphere, style of study,interpersonal relationship, class environment, uniquebeliefs and sentiment and othercomplex factors. It is the concentrated reflection of the nature, characteristics and the spiritof a class. The core of the class culture is the class spirit culture.The class spirit culture is the continuity of the common cognition and behavior on thebasis of the formation of a class core value system. It is the concentrated reflection of aclass nature, personality and mental outlook. The class spirit culture integrates into thewhole students’ learning, life and other aspects through various forms consciously orunconsciously. It can make the students consciously constrain their thoughts and actions,and resist and exclude behaviour which does not match the classinterests. It alwaysinfluences the students’ spiritual world, values and behavior. Class spirit cultureconstruction let the students establish the common goal, have ideals, create a firm belief,awaken their non view,cast their lofty outlook on life and the scientific world outlook, laythe foundation of the thought and spirit for the development of student life.This paper is based on the definition, characteristics, function of the class spiritculture, and combines with the practice of Suzhou Experimental Secondary School, SSTTto analysis the principles and strategies of the class spiritual and cultural construction, andputs forward some suggestions and thoughts of my own.
