Since ancient times, China is promoting "A brilliant disciple idea.Punishment education in our country has been appeared. Punishment is an assist tool for education, but it couldn’t solve all problems which contain in education system. Punishment education can only correct students’ bad behavior, if you want to achieve the goal of education,more efficient method is necessary, but punishment can not be ignored. With the development of the society, national education are gradually improve, the investment in national education are also promoted step by step, more and more people care about the educationWith the development of the society, national education was gradually improved, the investment in national education was also promoted step by step, more and more people cared about the education. As the abuse punishment and excessive punishment events in education field were multi-exposured in recent years by media, and the popularity of appreciation education and humanity education conception, education punishment was questioned and againsted. Therefore, how to punish the mistaken students and punishment extended should be discussed. Junior students have been in their life’s important growth period, Physical and mental development was not mature enough, their self-control was poor and lack the ability of distinguishing which was right or wrong. Teenagers have resistance for punish education, resistance and rebellious attitude. The general education workers need to comprehensively consider the psychological characteristics of junior students and then make all kinds of education punishment way to achieve the goal of education. We expected that the reasonable punishment of class management in junior school should have a certain guiding significance for today’s education. In this paper, we firstly described the phenomenon of the junior class management education "punish", there were still had some abuse punishment and excessive punishment cases. Also some of the teachers gave up the right to punish students who make mistakes, then introduced the junior school class management and psychological characteristics of teenager. Secondly, this article summarized and analyzed the principle and method of the high school management system, it pointed out the natural punishment, labor punishment and entertainment punishment and so on. Thirdly, it had promoted the reasonable suggestions and measures of education punishment and management in high school. We make further research on the education punishment, it refers to the management method for informal organization. Finally, the article made the conclusion that education punishment was necessary, if you want to achieve the goal of the education, you should use the punishment properly.
