Ordinary high school biology academic proficiency test is a criterionreferenced test, is an important content of education examination,investigation on the biology teaching and learning in senior high school, isone of the important contents of assessment of ordinary high school level test.In2003, the Ministry of Education issued the ordinary high schoolcurriculum plan to teach base [2003]6article (Experiment), proposed thebasic mentality and the requirements of high school curriculum reform, fromthe beginning of2004, the various provinces and cities nationwide havestarted the new high school curriculum experiment, as with the newcurriculum reform matching education evaluation system, the implementationof the high school achievement testing also launched. The Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region in2013January12th and13th days of held the ordinaryhigh school’s first academic proficiency test. Such a direction of the newchanges, new trends, new trend has aroused the attention of teachers andstudents, but also by the relevant social attention from all walks of life. TheInner Mongolia Autonomous Region ordinary high school level test ofanalysis and research has important significance.The author makes a detailed analysis on the the Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region first academic proficiency test of biological test. Overall,the academic level exam examination knowledge while covering a wide rangeof knowledge, but in the scope of examination, the compulsory moduleentirely out of high school biology textbooks. Examination emphasizes thebasic knowledge of high school biology, test problems, high proportion ofmedium difficulty problem, difficulty is high. But there is a problem of some subject. Twenty-first question need tomodify stem, eighth is an experimentalsubject, too hard, discrimination is not big, should be removed, thestudy proposition of this knowledge should be simple. Fill in the blanks inthirty-first (4): the answer there is diversity, brings certain difficulty to themarking, and should be removed.In addition,the author investigated the opnions about academic proficiencytest, achievement test function, report status in our region.Combined with the academic proficiency test item analysis, the author putsome thoughts and recommendations on the students’ learning, the school andthe teachers’ teaching and academic level exam results. And recommend toreduce the difficulty, improved scientific. The teachers should focus onbasic, comprehensive learning, timely consolidated; pay attention to trainingthe students’ ability to identify the images, let the students masterthe scientific thinking method. Advises students to make full use of class time,study plan, arrange the attitude adjustment, the correct understanding ofbiological achievement testing significance; in the academic proficiency testresults report, released a more detailed proposal distribution.
