With the new curriculum reform, more and more people realize theimportance of training of students to national development. If the studentshave all-round healthy development, we should be set up a high-quality teamof teachers. As main force of teachers, in the entry process, young teachersare lack of work experience, and master and apply teaching skills are notperfect, those are urgent problems to be solved in teaching.Through the survey, classroom observation and interviews, weinvestigate54biology young teachers of Middle School in Baishan AreaJilin Province, in order to know the basic status of young teachers in theteaching process of skills and young teachers some of the views in thepost-training.It is showed that they are not significant between youngteachers self-scoring and old teachers score, but they are not very good atskills of feedback, language teaching and classroom organization, theyshould to be enhanced teaching skills. During the interviews, young teachersalso expressed the hope that they are more opportunities to participate in theteaching of skills training.So young teachers’skills be imperative.Based on the investigation of biological teachers in teaching skills inBaishan area, we think to strengthen the teaching skill training during thenormal school. Young teachers attention to skills training and teachers ofself-improvement in teaching career. The school should strengthen thetraining of teaching skills, and promote the formation of on-the-job trainingsystem, and strengthen plan of the national training for young teachers. Soyoung teachers will quick grow, they will make greater contribution totraining the country’s next generation.
