| In this paper, we study elementary school teachers role belief and professional management related issues. Based on teachers’ professional development, which is the important concept of teacher management, teacher management from traditional security administration, management of different levels to promote the professional management of teacher’s professional development has become an important tendency of teacher management. The teachers’ professional standard requires teachers to establish ethics first, student, ability and the education of lifelong learning concept, set up professional philosophy and ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability, the teacher’s role belief also puts forward a new test. To strengthen teacher’s professional management, strengthen the faith is the new curriculum reform and teachers’ role under the background of the professional standards need to be an important topic of the research and discussion.This article selects longjing some primary school teachers as the research object, through the literature method, questionnaire survey and interview survey research methods, such as, to understand the role of teachers’ beliefs and teachers’ professional management situation, the analysis of teachers’ role belief as well as the differences of the teachers’ professional management, to investigate the relationship between the teachers role belief and professional management, and on the basis of the theory, based on the empirical exploration to strengthen teacher’s professional management strategy, improve teachers’ role method of faith, in order to further enrich the theory of teacher’s professional management, for the local teachers’ professional management to provide some beneficial reference and the basis of reality.Through the research, this article draws following conclusion:(1) teacher role faith overall is in the good level, among, the teacher role ability faith most is good, next is the specialized ability faith, the value faith is worst. Different school record, different title, different teacher discipline, whether teacher in charge’s elementary school teacher role faith existence significance difference, and does have the intrinsic different related characteristic respectively; The different career development stage, the different teacher grade elementary school teacher role faith does not have the significance difference, also has its intrinsic different related characteristic.(2) elementary school teacher specialized management overall is in the bad level, among, fairly good is the teacher specialized management organization construction situation; Next is the teacher specialized management idea, not best is the teacher specialized control system.
