A Research On The Master Degree Curriculum Setting Of Archive

The caltivation of a large number of archival talent,is important to the development ofArchival Science.Archival education in universities is the base of caltivation of archivaltalent,and its quality has directe affect on the development of Archival Science.Moreover,thecurriculum is one of the most important step in the education activities. Therefore, the studyof the curriculum is particularly important.This study is based on analysis of the situation, combines the basic theories ofcurriculum and the situation of graduate employment,discusses the curriculum in othercountries,to putting forward some stretegies for solving problems of the curriculum inarchival education. This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces thebasic imformation of this study.Including background,meaning,thought,methods,and a simplesummary of related research.The second chapter,is to finding the problem. through thecollection and analysis of college training scheme,the writer has found that the curriculum ofarchival graduate education has many problems,such as: curriculum structure is not balanceenough,curriculum contents are not rich enough. The third chapter is to analyzing the problem.Combining with the influence factors of the curriculum,analyze the influence factors fromtwo aspects of internal and external, including education idea,management system,socialenvironment and employment demand,and so on.Lay the foundation for putting forward somestretegies later.The last chapter is to solving the problem.it’s also the most important part ofthis study.Through the analysis before, based on the basic theory of the curriculum, referencesituation of the curriculum in other countries.The writer gives four strategies:making unifiedcurriculum guide,paying attention to the training of ability, Increasing the proportion ofpractice courses,developing the course system authentication and update.In addition,the writeralso puts forward a modular curriculum,in order to provide operational advice for thecurriculum of archival graduate education.
