Study On Social Work Intervention In Home-based Care Services Of Empty Nester

Since ancient times,there is an excellent cultural traditions of respect and pay attention to old man in China,family endowment has always been China’s main endowment way. However,with the rising proportion of China’s one-child family, "4-2-1" family structure has become the dominant mode of Chinese family,the group of empty nesters will be more and more large.Once and for all,with modern society life style becomes more and more quickly,burden on peoples is more and more heavy,the drawbacks of family pension and fragile gradually highlights,while the institutions for the aged in Chinese development has been unsatisfactory,it is difficult to get the approval of the elderly.Home-based care system comes into being in this environment.From the survey data can be seen,the elderly demand for home-based care services is very great,but at present the development of home-based care services has many problems, such as the contents of a single service,service personnel quality is low,can not fully meet the pension needs of the elderly. In this condition,introduce professional social work methods to old-age home service,can promote professional development of home-based care service.As a group of professional to help others.Social workers as a group of professional helping others,can utilize the professional social work methods and skills,can be more professional,more efficient intervention in the empty nester family endowment service.At work,social workers follow the basic principle of social work,helping empty nester perfect and achieve the purpose of“help people to help themselves”,so that they can get health of body and mind,to be a happy old man.Recently,more and more research about social work intervene home endowment,but most remain in the theoretical research.In this paper,we select Liaoyang Zhanqian street as the area of field survey.We interview and survey empty nesters in the street and street workers.And using the method of case work carry on social work intervention to an example in field survey.In this paper, the first part of the empty nest elderly home pension related concepts and work methods are briefly introduced.And the second part presents the questionnaire investigation results and the actual demand of empty nest elderly home endowment service condition were analyzed.The third part through the case analysis to render the interventional methods and process.The fourth part through practice in home endowment of professional advice,so that social workers in the future home endowment service more emphasis to develop a more professional service.
