With the advent of information era, New Media is widely applied in various fields of humanproduction and life which includes field of middle school art teaching. On one hand, new media as aneffective method of assisted instruction improves the efficiency of middle school art teaching and arousesstudents’ enthusiasm of learning. On the other hand, under influence of new course reform,new media artas a modular of middle school art brings a wisp of spring breeze of the time, helps the student to discoverand understand science and art, promotes development of students’ innovation consciousness, creativethinking and innovative ability.In this paper, the middle art interactive teaching that we research is on basis of New Media thenexpanded, with New Media as starting point and interactive teaching as foothold and study the interactiveteaching from both aspects of theoretical significance and practical value. The paper emphasizes on thenecessity, innovativeness, interestingness, effectiveness and diversity of new media that integrates intomiddle school interactive teaching, attempt to combine with this era’s advanced teaching concept andinformation technology to build a brand new humanized and experiencing teaching system and promotemiddle school art classroom teaching mode to transform from indirection to interaction, enhance teachingfeedback and improve teaching effectiveness to push advancing of middle school art teaching, especiallythe new media art teaching and shape the contemporary students necessary character, ability, thought,custom and aesthetic style in this information era.Meanwhile, to specific topic research of research scope, theoretical principle and research method, andcombining with the middle school art book16th copies, Olympic unit, with the Sochi Winter OlympicOpening Ceremony on7th, Feb,2014as study material, this paper proceeds series of interactive teachingdesign on basis of new media, analyze the multidimensional interactive relation between teaching DoubleSubjects and teaching media through specific teaching case, stress the integrate charm of science and artand rethink about the existing or possible problem of the art interactive teaching based on new media thatalready takes effect in present middle school and try to put forward some constructive solution.
