Henan Higher Vocational College Sports Practicality Content Settings And Application Research

With the deepening of the country’s reform and opening up, the constantly transformation of economicsystem, and the adjustment of the industrial structure, it is increasinglygrim of the demandfor high-qualified personnel in modern society. Higher education plays a vital role in economicdevelopment. And vocational education is an important part of the higher education, it has developedrapidly in recent years. According to the principle of national long-term educational planning, our countrywill pay attention to developing thevocational education for a long time. The higher vocational educationmainly trains the technology, the skilled talented person directly for the social production, construction,management and provision services.Higher physical education is an important part of higher vocational education, but also plays animportant role of the "quasi-professional people" to develop the consciousness of physical exercise andlifelong sports.Comparing with general higher education, higher physical education is special (vocational,practical). The goal of physical education curriculum should adopt to the occupation and application,practical vocational curriculum reform demand, and make the "quasi-professional people" have a goodlevel of health to meet the special physical quality of body function condition, while the "quasi-professionalpeople" should master the training method to prevent the occupational disease, and develop their senseof lifelong physical exercise. According to the present situation of higher vocational college sports teachingin Henan province, it still has a long way to go to achieve the above goals.In this paper, the use of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis of nine highervocational colleges and professional and practical sports teaching in Henan Province. The results ofresearch show that:1The content of PE teaching in Henan is out of date, the mode is simplex and the method isuninteresting. Sports teaching has not adapted to the demands of the students’ physical quality which isneeded in professionalism. And it is imperative to have professional practicability of the sports teaching atthe vocational college. 2The transition of ideology has a great effect on the professional and practical sports teaching, theprofessional and practical sports concept of the school leaders, teachers and students should be improved.3According to the working features and special physical demands, for desk type, these should beseted up, inclouding general and vocational practical sports theory, martial arts aerobics, table tennis，badminton, basketball, soccer volleyball career practicality sports contents; for standing type, these shouldbe opened, such as, theory in general and professional practicality sports, aerobics simple yoga, physicaltraining, sports training, endurance running; for mobiling type, these should be provided, which areportable open sports in general and vocational practical theory, martial arts aerobics, exercise balls, big ballcontests, cross-country steeplechase climbing throwing exercises.4The design of teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges of Henan province occupation sports utility,should clear teaching objectives of physical education, according to the actual situation to choose suitable"practical occupation curriculum model". At the same time the choice of teaching content and methods ofpractical sports correspondence, adopt a variety of sports teaching evaluation means.5There are some important means of professional practical physical exercise, such as: daily exercise,fitness clubs, school sports associations, development training, riding, sports tourism. According to thespecific occupation demand and personal interests and hobbies to choose the appropriate contents ofextracurricular exercise.6They are the important guarantee for the realization of practical sports teaching occupation，whichare enacting relevant policy rules, the pilot study is conducted and organized the preparation of a unifiedteaching materials, changing idea, improving knowledge, strengthening the construction of teachers.
