According to the reports, only the group of the underemployed college graduates in2014will be as many as7.27million. To promote local labor employment, there is a badly need of public employment service.The public job-introduction service can largely improve the local employment rate. In such circumstances, the public job-introduction service has very important theory value and practical significance.The central plains economic zone construction and aviation port construction successively become national strategy. The framework of zhengzhou is still widening. Economic development trend is fantastic. In the current years, we need a large number of talents. The development of public job-introduction service is one of the important contents of the public employment service, which means that it should shoulder the responsibility.With zhengzhou of henan province as an example, this paper studies the problems of the public job-introduction service. Firstly,we refer to related literature at home and abroad. Secondly,considering the study itself, we confine the concept of public job-introduction agencies. When finished the research about some public vocational institutions and job seekers, we can easily find some problems. Supervision mechanism is not sound and performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect. The form of service is not varied. Service consciousness of the staff is poor. There are many problems which are not listed. To solve these problems, we use the theory of social mobility and the theory of social capital. We look into these problems connecting with the actual situation of Zhengzhou.
